THE CURVE LIGHT ASSISTANT FOR E-BIKES
Brightly lit corners for a comfortable and safe riding experience. The curve light assistant is installed between mount and headlight and compatible with almost all e-bike headlights by Busch + Müller.
When steering left or right, the device electronically keeps the light/dark boundary at an always horizontal angle, the headlight is literally turned into the curve.
The beam pattern does not tilt down to the left or right when the bicycle leans into the corner, and thereby prevents the shortened visibility we
experience with fixed lighting.

SAFETY THAT MANY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR
With the Busch + Müller turn signal, changes in direction can be indicated quite simply at the touch of a finger, without having to take your hands off the handlebars.
This is not only convenient, but also very safe. The ergonomic handlebar switch can also be used to operate the high beam and horn, if available.
Approved for S-pedelecs, bicycle trailers, multi-track bicycles/pedelecs and those with a body that completely or partially obscures the rider’s hand signals.

Since 1925, Busch+Müller has been manufacturing bicycle lights.
In the 90s, they launched the LUMOTEC series, followed by the TOPLIGHT series, the invention of automatic position light, IQ technology, daytime running light emitting diodes, LineTec, and BrakeTec... They have now crossed the line 100 lux barrier for dynamo headlights and offer new solutions for e-bikes - in short: they believe in innovation and produce originals (often imitated).
All this they do with more than 200 employees in Meinerzhagen: Made in Germany.
They design all the elements and manufacture the necessary tools in their more than 30 molding machines, such as injection molds. Each piece is produced from a specific mold.
The light source is a tiny LED. Only a reflector transforms this point of light into a targeted light field. Many calculations, measurements, and prototype experiments are necessary to give the light its precise direction. It takes several months for a new "light design" to go into mass production. They then take their blank reflectors and vacuum metalize them with an immeasurably thin aluminum mirror surface.
At the end of the assembly, all functions of each headlight or rear light are tested. More is needed so that the product shines. They check the light output, field, the boundary between light and dark, and more. These controls, supported by measuring devices, are carried out manually by their employees.
Responsible quality management is integral to their "Made in Germany" claim.
